We are a small family farm that raise pasture pigs and free range chickens for fresh eggs. We’ve spent the last 10 years specializing in heritage breeds and doing our part in the slow food movement. Our pigs are raised 10-18 months long and the final product, Whether it’s a chop or a roast, this pork is juicy, well-marbled, and insulated by a layer of firm, creamy, super delicious fat. And check out that color! The meat from our heritage pigs, is a deep shade of red, which means a rich, pronounced, flavor to match.
